Your Mission
As a Technical Product Manager focused on customer technology, you will take on the challenge of leading product development efforts to create digital solutions that deliver value to the Great Clips brand, to franchisees and to customers. You will own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature definition for the Great Clips app and supporting technology - ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the Great Clips business and its customers. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic decisions, feature developments, and the overall direction of the app's growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teamsβmarketing, engineering, and operationsβyou'll enhance customer satisfaction and propel the Great Clips app's success in the competitive market.
