Title: ServiceNow Technical Product Owner(SPM Experience Mandatory)

Duration : 6+ Months of Contract with possible extension

Location: Jersey City,NJ

C2C Rate: $60-65

W2 rate-$40-$45

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.

ServiceNow SPM Functional Ownership

  • Drive adEligible to workion and Eligible to workimization of:
  • Demand Management
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Program Management
  • Resource Management
  • Financial Planning
  • Portfolio Management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Agile Development
  • Roadmap Planning
  • Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
  • Investment Funding

Define and improve:

  • Demand intake processes
  • Portfolio governance
  • Resource forecasting
  • Project lifecycle management
  • Investment planning frameworks
  • Financial tracking models

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business executives and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple business units.
  • Present product updates, release plans, and adEligible to workion metrics to leadership.

Agile Product Management

  • Own and manage the product backlog.
  • Write and refine:
    • Epics
    • Features
    • User Stories
    • Acceptance Criteria
  • Prioritize backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
  • Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • 3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
  • Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
  • Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
