Senior Product Manager, Financial Technology

Priceline is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Senior Product Manager of Financial Technology to contribute to product strategy, development, and execution of our Financial Technology platform and its associated products. This role is essential in providing foundational technology and capabilities that support our internal teams, fueling the broader Priceline ecosystem. You will partner closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, define detailed product plans, and deliver platform products that accelerate business outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of scalable and reusable platform solutions, including APIs, data pipelines, and other foundational services that enable teams across Priceline to innovate more effectively and deliver value to customers. You will champion platform-first thinking that focuses on building resilient infrastructure and providing visibility into performance metrics to improve transactional intelligence and optimize business outcomes across all product lines, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and packages.Β
In this role you will get to:
Lead FinTech platform product development initiatives by applying strategic vision and deep product knowledge to build shared capabilities and infrastructure that enables a frictionless, scalable experience for product teams and Priceline customers.
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for platform initiatives, from discovery and scoping to delivery, ensuring all products support self-service and provide clear visibility into performance and data.
Foster collaboration across departments, including Hotels, Flights, Rental Cars, Trip Protection, Packages, Finance and Technology, ensuring alignment and a unified approach to product development and delivery.
Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they meet both internal team needs and the broader organizational goals.Β
Provide visibility into transactional performance, using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimize platform features, and accelerate value delivery across all product lines.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in FinTech, continuously evaluating how these can be integrated into our platform to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Drive the application of AI technology to optimize legacy processes, improve efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and improve overall platform performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, test, and launch new solutions. You will help drive prioritization, manage roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Foster the creation of a culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-first mindset across the team.
Wear multiple hats as needed, helping with everything from strategic planning to diving into technical challenges to assist with troubleshooting or refining technical solutions. We're a lean, hands-on team and there is no job either too big or too small.
Who you are:
5+ years of product management experience, particularly in eCommerce, financial services, or technology platforms.Β
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate business outcomes.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience managing the integration of product solutions.
Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution. A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.
An understanding of the travel landscape and/or experience with financial services. Familiarity with reconciliation, accounting, and financial systems is a bonus.
Deep intellectual curiosity, always looking to learn about new technologies and trends in the FinTech and eCommerce space to continually drive innovation.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience with Gen AI tools, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with tools like SQL, BigQuery, and ERP systems is beneficial. Experience with Gen AI tools, transactional systems, and financial planning tools is a plus.
BS/BA required.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $140,000- $180,000K USD.
