Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Partner with the existing Product Manager/s as well as Business Director to identify new product opportunities that support market demands consistent with Formulated Products strategic plan.
- Work directly with Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales groups to develop business strategies for existing products as well as establishing price points for new product insertions
- Work directly with Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering groups to lead the deployment of new product lines and in support of existing product lines in HVM.
- Represent the business team and lead quality related customer engagements.
- Assist in the development of a strategic business direction for the Formulated Products group.
- Lead efforts to acquire new business at key customers; must be able to provide technical and applications support directly or through organizational resources as necessary.
- Lead commercial and technical projects for external and internal customers. Should have solid understanding of process engineering principles and SPC/statistics to lead cross-functional task force teams to quick resolution.
- Manage product pricing and profitability analysis for sustained growth.

Product portfolio management including:
- Review logistics and support plans for product lines
- Complete product life cycle management
- Support Operations and QA with quality events both internal and external
- Support management of change (MOC)
- Support contract negotiations
- Assist Product Development in commercialization of new product lines
- Identify and lead projects to lower costs and improve profitability

REQUIREMENTS
Β
- BS degree in a technical field or a business degree with strong technical aptitude
- 5+ yearsβ experience; two of which in product management is preferred
- Experience in the Semiconductor market is ideal
- Ability to solve problems and coordinate activities associated with chemical, physical, material and process related issues
- Must have a good working knowledge of statistics and design of experiment methods to understand and interpret data for customer presentation
- Must have excellent capability to use Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel or other software tools to generate first-class customer presentations
- Must have demonstrated strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
- This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
