POSITION OVERVIEW:Β The Product Manager plays a key role in driving the development and success of a product or product line. They are responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. Product Managers work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that products meet market needs, are delivered on time, and achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Develop product roadmaps outlining feature prioritization, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product plans with overall business objectives.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Drive the product development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotions.
  • Define product messaging, positioning, and targeting based on market segmentation and customer personas.
  • Create sales enablement materials and support sales efforts with product training and resources.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
  • Monitor product performance against KPIs and iterate on features and strategies to optimize results.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between different departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Communicate product updates, changes, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education:Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related equivalent degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:Β Β Β Β Β Β Β 3+ years of proven experience in Product Management in related industry, preferrable in technology or software.

Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β 3+ years in a technically driven environment within a broad cross functional team.
