Director, Product Management

The Director, Product Management is a people-leader role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and is responsible for leading mdxhealth’s product management function. This individual will oversee the full mdxhealth product and services portfolio, providing strategic direction and organizational leadership across a team of Product Managers who each hold accountability for individual product lines. The Director will serve as the senior product management voice within the Marketing organization, partnering closely with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and technology teams to drive cohesive product strategy. A defining responsibility of this role is platform-level thinking: the Director will develop and champion integrated data and AI strategies that can unlock new revenue streams or meaningfully enhance the customer experience across the full portfolio.

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical technology.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing product management teams.
• Deep understanding of molecular diagnostics, laboratory medicine, or broader healthcare technology landscape.
• Experience developing and executing platform-level product strategy, inclusive of data and/or AI-enabled product or service enhancements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively across commercial, clinical, regulatory, and technology teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Proven ability to translate market and customer insights into differentiated product strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication and executive presentation skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Hiring range: $140,000 to $180,000. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
