BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE SUMMARY: Candidate will be responsible for leading various efforts for Staci Americas while leveraging our proprietary WMS Product managed in-house. They would lead a diverse and versatile Product Team along with being a key advisor to our Development Team during strategic projects and customer solution needs. |

- Proven track record of motivating, coaching, and developing people to reach elite potentials
- Proven ability to go deep and quickly learn new domains and gain solid understanding of our business
- Ability to work closely with vendors as needed for Product success
- Assist with handling Client Integration projects and strategic efforts to keep our Product competitive with the market’s best practices and standards
- Oversee Product’s success within facilities to ensure it meets and achieves objectives
- Proven ability to act as an escalation contact for client IT issues
- Ability to transition from client-facing interactions to technical internal discussions
- Assist with defining product requirements and priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Verse in Shopify Platform and Connections
- Assisting with day-to-day product management activities

SKILLED IN: - Strong technical background
- Acting as an expert in finding root causes to complex issues
- Deep understanding of SQL Database and queries to gather data
- 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Leadership skills and development in team members
- Project Management Skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams internally and with clients
- Adapting and being flexible to continue to evolve with new technologies, methodologies and strategies
- API, FTP, SFTP, CSV Integrations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of experience in 3PL, software, e-commerce, or Product Management
- 7+ Years in Senior-Level to Director Product Leadership roles
- Extensive history of leading teams through evolutions to achieve Product Success

WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Home / Warehouse Mix: This job operates as a remote role.
- This role will require the ability to, on occasion, go in and out of trailers, navigate around roller racks, and other logistical equipment within a warehouse setting.
- Requires travel both in air and driving to facilities.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee’s work environment may vary from professional office to fulfillment center floor, and other vendor/client locations.
