Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with global engineering teams (North Carolina, UK, India) to drive execution and alignment.
  • Navigate technical discussions with credibility and pushback effectively to build consensus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive product initiatives forward.
  • Influence decision-making through a deep understanding of the technical stack and user requirements.
Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Act as a key interface with external customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Pitch product vision and roadmap to technical, business and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value.
Β
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Engineering discipline.
  • 7–8 years in Software Engineering and 4–5 years in Product Management.
  • Proven experience inΒ PaaS/cloud infrastructure, middleware development orΒ platform components - especially in vision, videoΒ segment, or edge-cloud applications.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of modern technologies including cloud platforms, Gen AI, Vision or video systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy, priorities, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps, create PRDs/MRDs, and deliver high-impact features.Β
  • Strong communication and presentation skillsβ€”comfortable leading technical and strategic discussions.
  • A strong sense of empathy and ability to work closely with engineering teams, making product/technical tradeoffs as needed.
  • Experience with hardware ecosystems is a plus.
Β
Β
  • Compensation - $180,000 to $225,000
