So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions β to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, weβve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes β large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. You will build for local service sellers that sell their time and expertise. They need seamless workflows from bookingβ―toβ―paymentβ―to customer reβengagement. You will lead product development for our highestβimpact initiatives across Appointments, Invoices, Payments, Risk, Banking, and AI.
Youβll champion the end-to-end seller journey and turn real-world insights into elegantly simple workflows that "just work" that millions of sellers every month depend on. Youβll lead a tight-knit, full-stack squad and partner with design, engineering, marketing, data science, and risk. Β Youβll shape payments and customer growth tools that are effortless to adopt, delightful to use, and clearly positioned in the market. By tightly aligning product development with go-to-market strategy, youβll help sellers unlock the full Square ecosystem: from booking customers to getting paid and managing cash flow.
