Description:
Key Responsibilities
β’Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners/managers
β’Be passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth
β’Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the:
oProduct
oCustomer
oMarket
β’Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
β’Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives
β’Engage users to understand user implications of regulations
β’Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
β’Develop and maintain a product roadmap
β’Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
β’Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars
Requirements
β’5+ years of experience in a product-focused role within a technology company
β’Prior experience working or leading a product team
β’Post-Acute Personal Care and/or EVV experience
β’Extensive working knowledge around the HIPAA 5010 transaction sets including:
o837 both I and P
o835
o270/271
o276/277
o999/997
β’Experience with claim rebilling, replacement and the TPL process
β’Experience with the collections and appeals process
β’Understanding of accounting, including the close and reconciliation process
β’Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
β’Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives
β’Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
β’Excellent customer relationship skills
β’Home Health/Hospice/Personal Care/Palliative experience desired
β’This position requires travel to customers and non-customer sites (up to 25%)
