The Sr. Manager, Solution Management is responsible for the Liquid cooling solution product planning, inventory monitoring, component status auditing, and execution throughout the product life cycle, including promotion, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, purchasing, CM, vendors, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The candidate's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

โข Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products
โข Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL
โข Create product roadmaps and develop strategies for successful product deployments based on deep understanding of customer requirements
โข Coordinate operational activities from product kick-off to product launch; Ensure TTM launches with strong project management skills
โข Drive product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages
โข Create positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications
โข Present training materials to internal sales force as well as externally
โข Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows
โข Conduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystem with partners in the industry
โข Drive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug
โข Serve as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales support
โข Manage critical support situations

โข Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred
โข 12+ years of engineering experience preferred
โข Linux expertise a plus
โข Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals is required
โข Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
โข Effective organization and planning skills
โข Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations
โข Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions
โข Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
โข Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
โข Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
โข Solid communications skills, both verbal and written
