As a member of the Measurement & Learning Product Management team, within Pearsonβs School Assessment organization, the Product Specialist serves as a critical bridge between Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success.

This role combines responsibilities traditionally associated with product enablement and product management. Product Specialists are recognized as subject matter experts in assigned PALS products and are responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets. They also play an active role in product discovery and delivery by gathering requirements, facilitating design discussions, documenting workflows, and helping shape solutions that address educator and district needs.

Working closely with senior-level Product Managers, Product Specialists help ensure products are well understood, effectively adopted, and continuously improved. The Product Specialist helps bring roadmap strategies to life through customer insight, requirements definition, product documentation, and enablement. This role is for someone who:

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:Β
The minimum full-time salary range is between $75,000 - $90,000.
