Role ResponsibilitiesΒ Β
Define and execute the global Wallet & Account Platform strategy and roadmap.Β Β
Build scalable, API-first platform capabilities supporting wallets, payments, cards, and account services.Β Β
Establish platform standards, integration patterns, and reusable components for global adoption.Β Β
Partner with engineeringΒ to designΒ secure, reliable, and scalable services.Β Β
Serve as the subject matter expert for wallet architecture, ledger systems, account structures, and balance management.Β Β
Collaborate with regional teams to support local regulatory, payment, and customer requirements.Β Β
Define integration strategies with banks, payment processors, card networks, and third-party providers.Β Β
Drive end-to-end product delivery, including requirements, prioritization, launch, and ongoing optimization.Β Β
Monitor platform performance, adoption, and reliability metrics to guide product decisions.Β Β
Stay current on industry trends in digital wallets, embedded finance, real-time payments, and banking platforms.Β

Role RequirementsΒ Β
5β8 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other technical platform environments.Β Β
Proven experience owning and scaling platform, API, or infrastructure products.Β Β
Strong understanding of wallet systems, ledgering, account models, and transaction processing.Β Β
Experience delivering API-driven products and partnering closely with engineering teams.Β Β
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.Β Β
Experience integrating with banking APIs, payment networks, card processors, and external vendors.Β Β
UnderstandingΒ financial regulations, including KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring.Β Β
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Β Β
Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.Β
Experience building or scaling digital wallet or core banking platforms.Β Β
Experience supporting multi-region or multi-tenant platforms.Β Β
Background enabling self-service developer platforms and tools.Β Β
Familiarity with API documentation, SDKs, and developer experience best practices.Β Β
