Overview

Recruit22 is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager, Data Integrations & Data Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of critical healthcare data pipelines and integration services.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality, actionable healthcare data to support population health, clinical operations, analytics, and value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, interoperability, and large-scale data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own and drive the roadmap for enterprise data pipelines and orchestration services.
• Prioritize initiatives that support clinical, operational, and business objectives.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and success metrics for healthcare data platforms.
• Align product priorities with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Data Platform & Integrations

• Define requirements for data ingestion, transformation, integration, and delivery across batch and real-time processing environments.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and external vendors to execute product initiatives.
• Enhance existing integrations and identify opportunities to onboard new healthcare data sources.
• Improve data quality, accessibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across the platform.

Healthcare Data Management

• Support integration and optimization of healthcare data sources, including:
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
  • Health Information Exchanges (HIE)
  • ADT feeds
  • Laboratory data
  • Claims and payer data
  • Clinical and operational data sources
• Drive best practices for healthcare data governance, lineage, observability, and platform performance.
• Ensure scalable approaches for managing large volumes of healthcare data.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, executives, analytics partners, and technology teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and agile development processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.

Product Execution

• Create user stories, workflows, and product documentation.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs for platform performance and adoption.
• Manage technical debt, scalability initiatives, and future platform evolution.
• Promote data product best practices, including documentation, discoverability, and reusability.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience with data platforms, data integrations, or data pipeline products.
• Experience working with data engineering, analytics, and software development teams.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and integration architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Healthcare industry experience, including provider, payer, population health, value-based care, or health technology environments.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) and healthcare interoperability.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and offshore development teams.
• Previous consulting experience supporting healthcare organizations, payers, providers, medical device, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics, risk adjustment, clinical quality measures, and operational reporting.
