As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you"ll lead the vision and roadmap for Apple Retail"s groundbreaking 3D digital twin platformβ€”a transformational technology that will reshape how we optimize operations across 500+ stores globally. You’ll invent new platforms for merchandising tooling while coordinating dependencies with related systems and platforms across the Retail Technology portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor and architect, you"ll partner with Merchandising, Design, Store Operations, Engineering, and Retail leadership to balance cutting-edge 3D technology with merchandising science and data-driven insights, delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes across our global store footprint

Lead the multi-year product roadmap for Apple Retail"s 3D digital twin solution, articulating how digital twin capabilities drive merchandising strategy and enable data-driven store operations\\nPartner with engineering to establish architectural standards, manage 3D scene asset complexity, and ensure performance optimization across global deployments\\nDrive cross-functional alignment on priorities by managing dependencies across Retail, IS\u0026T, Marcom, and Engineering; communicate business impact and drive clarity among ambiguous requirements\\nServe as trusted advisor to Retail leadership on digital twin technology, weighing strategic trade-offs, organizational alignment, and product strategy across the Retail Technology portfolio

7+ years of software delivery experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager in software platforms, demonstrating deep knowledge of the complete development lifecycle and proven ability to scale products globally\\nTrack record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities; demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive alignment across functional areas without direct authority\\nExperience shipping consumer-facing or enterprise products at global scale from concept through market adoption, working effectively with engineering teams to build technology that aligns with business and customer experience goals\\nHands-on experience with USD or equivalent framework, including demonstrated expertise in asset composition, layering, and performance optimization; proven ability to influence technical architecture decisions

Deep domain expertise spanning merchandising tools, retail operations, and data analytics; ability to identify and operationalize cross-functional solutions at global scale.\\nFamiliarity with Revit, BIM (Building Information Modeling), or architectural design workflows.\\nProven expertise in influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority; ability to build credibility with executive sponsors and navigate ambiguity in early-stage strategic work.\\nDemonstrated ability to operate independently on ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives; comfortable operating with incomplete information and leading teams to clarity through research and stakeholder collaboration.
