One of their biggest bets? Document Intelligence, turning unstructured documents into structured, usable insights using the best of GenAI, LLMs, and automation.

The Opportunity

They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of Document Intelligence as a core part of their AI Agent platform.

This is your chance to lead the roadmap for AI-powered document understanding from OCR and NLP pipelines to real-time integrations with large language models. You’ll work at the bleeding edge of GenAI, helping enterprises extract meaning from their most complex documents; invoices, contracts, statements, PDFs, you name it.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, customers, and leadership to ship features that are powerful, scalable, and useful from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Document Intelligence
• Define the architecture and vision for document processing pipelines
• Lead integration of LLMs (Claude, GPT-4o, etc.) into real-world document workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to ship scalable, secure, production-grade features
• Meet with enterprise customers to capture use cases, advise on strategy, and drive adoption
• Set accuracy, performance, and validation metrics and raise the bar continuously
• Shape API and integration standards to ensure smooth enterprise deployment
• Conduct deep competitive analysis and help position the platform in the market
• Own the customer experience across layout analysis, table extraction, classification, and more

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in technical product management
• 3+ years experience of document intelligence (this is a must have)
• Experience with LLM-powered document understanding — prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval, fine-tuning
• Deep understanding of NLP, OCR (Tesseract, Google Vision, Azure OCR, etc.), and layout parsing
• Python proficiency and strong data literacy (SQL, dashboards, metrics)
• Ability to translate complex enterprise needs into clear product specs
• Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable AI/ML products
• Confident communicator and collaborator — can operate across engineering, GTM, and client teams
• Strong technical foundation (CS or engineering degree preferred, Master’s a plus)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Built or contributed to validation frameworks or feedback loops for document pipelines
• Experience scaling systems with high volumes of unstructured document data
• Strong grasp of enterprise security and compliance requirements (PII, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar
• A track record of driving adoption and change within large enterprise environments
