Candid currently has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to own the core platform that powers everything we build. This is a foundational role โ the platform you steward underpins every Candid product, from our SaaS tools and APIs to data services and AI workflows. The Senior Product Manager will work with the Senior Director of Product Management to define and execute the platform roadmap,ย establishย shared services that partner product teams depend on, and ensure Candid's technology foundation is scalable, reliable, and built for what comes next.ย
This role sits at the intersection ofย product,ย infrastructure, data, and emerging technology. The Senior Product Manager will lead platform discovery, drive adoption of AI and automation, own the ecommerce and payment systems that power how customersย purchaseย and access Candid's products, and shape the onboarding experience that sets users up for success from day one. They will also make the hard prioritization calls that keep multiple product teams moving and own the migration away from legacy platforms โ making deliberate, well-sequenced decisions about what gets rebuilt, retired, or replaced.ย The right candidate brings deep technical fluency,ย a track recordย of managing complex cross-team dependencies, and a genuine passion for building the systems that let great products exist.
Position:ย Sr Product Manager
Reporting to: Sr Director of Product Management
Supervises: N/A
Schedule: 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 (this range is for the NYC area and will be adjusted for other localities; additionally, factors like skills and experience will be considered).
Location: Remote. In-person attendance is expected twice per year during our annual, weeklong all-staff summits. Additional in-person meeting participation is expected at least once per quarter for senior leaders and at least once per month for the executive team. Staff not located in the NYC area are expected to travel for these meetings.ย
