Required:
β’ Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;Β Houston, TX
β’ Experience with Salesforce platform delivery as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM (5+ years).
β’ Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities including customization, integrations, data modeling, and automation.
β’ Experience with Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for enterprise Salesforce solutions.
β’ Experience with Integration architecture and data engineering concepts including APIs, middleware patterns, ETL/ELT, and data migration.
β’ Experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in product delivery.
β’ Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments as a Product Owner.
β’ Experience with Sales Cloud.
β’ Experience with Service Cloud.
β’ Experience with Cloud.
β’ Experience with Salesforce Flows.
β’ Experience with Apex.
β’ Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
β’ Experience with Backlog management.
β’ Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities:
β’ Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog end-to-end - defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work items.
β’ Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to translate complex operational requirements into prioritized backlog items.
β’ Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story readiness ceremonies as the primary product voice.
β’ Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform health, managing trade-offs between new feature development, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
β’ Evaluate and challenge solution designs for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices and governance standards.
β’ Support technical grooming sessions by identifying ambiguities, edge cases, and non-functional requirements before stories enter development.
β’ Maintain a working understanding of enterprise integration patterns connecting Salesforce to systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, and legacy platforms.
