Program/Product Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience within large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology, digital, data, analytics, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Experience managing plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with product, engineering, business, and operational partners.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, competing demands, and organizational complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification
