We are seeking someone to join our Digital Onboarding team at *** / ETrade, which drives and defines the digital, online and mobile customer experience for the ETrade account opening and onboarding process. Our user experiences are tailored to a wide-ranging set of products, including self-directed brokerage, retirement, banking, stock plan, syndicate, and more.
The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the senior product owner in defining, building, and improving end-to-end account opening user journeys for a variety of new and existing products at *** / E*TRADE. The applicant should bring a foundational level of product management skills with key focus on providing a best-in-class end user experience, understanding the competitive landscape, and should have the ability to drive improvements and change using both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience working with β€œAgile” development methodologies is preferred. Partnership and collaboration with a variety of product and technology groups across *** will be key to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
β€’ Support Fleet and Product Owner with definition and prioritization of product roadmap, release planning, and development and communication of business requirements
β€’ Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product vision/goals and address critical user and control needs
β€’ Work closely with the technology team to assure effective communication of requirements and rapid delivery of key product releases
β€’ Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, communications, legal & compliance to elicit requirements
β€’ Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates
β€’ Define and track KPIs and product/program adoption and usage metrics – evangelize for adoption
QUALIFICATIONS
β€’ Bachelor’s degree is required
β€’ 3-5 years of experience as software or digital product manager, business analyst or equivalent with experience working within an agile/scrum development process
β€’ Keen intellect – ability to gather, analyze and synthesize a significant amount of information, and turn it into clear and actionable product requirements
β€’ Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to identify and solve critical problems and achieve stretch goals
β€’ Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences
