As a Product Manager, you build the best possible digital experience for our clientsβ customers, together with the strong cross-functional teams of engineers and designers. You deliver measurable business & end-customer value, while leaving a lasting impact on the organizations you touch.
You pride yourself on being able to quickly dive in and understand a problem. You research, interview, and synthesize, to co-create an inspiring vision. You then work directly with engineers, designers, UX researchers, and all relevant stakeholders to bring that into reality.
Youβre a βsituational leaderβ, and not afraid to switch styles, depending on the context & client. Whether itβs taking a role as βCEO of the productβ or stepping in as a hands-on Scrum Product Owner, you know that the result counts - and youβll do whatever it takes to realize it.
You are ultimately responsible for client happiness. That goes well beyond delivering features; you build new capabilities for the organizations you help. You get a kick out of creating a legacy that last beyond the time scope of your project.
In the meantime, you work closely with the other PMs and CPOs on the Conway-team, to constantly improve your craft - and have fun doing it.
