Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our business by driving innovation, streamlining operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with external partners to deliver exceptional products. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and product execution, ensuring that every step of the product lifecycle aligns with our strategic goals and meets the needs of our customers.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, defining product requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Your ability to analyze market trends, gather feedback, and prioritize initiatives will be crucial in developing superior products that set us apart in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Identify product and industry trends, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights.
    • Regularly gather feedback through usability testing, user research, surveys, and analytics to inform product decisions.
    • Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data.
    • Assist in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Plan and execute product and feature launches, ensuring clear communication of new features and benefits to users.
    • Provide and maintain documentation to support internal teams and end-users.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
    • Assist in managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for product initiatives.
    • Assist with UAT
  • Partnership Development & Management:
    • Serve as a product liaison with partners, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring impeccable communications and feedback loops.
    • Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Lead operational excellence in execution of work established through joint roadmaps developed with internal and external partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with customer support, compliance, marketing, engineering, and other teams to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Effectively communicate updates, operational improvements, and new product features to stakeholder teams.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product features and partner integrations adhere to regulations and standards.

    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes and proactively address potential impacts on product design, operations, and partnerships.

    • Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure strategic projects and initiatives successfully navigate the SDLC via well-written and testable work items

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a digital or e-commerce Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, or Product Analyst for B2C products, financial and/or tax industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working within the agile framework utilizing the SCRUM methodology.
  • Experience in road mapping software, survey tools, and user testing platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Heap, to analyze user behavior and track performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate shifts in priority and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering remarkable user experiences, operational excellence, ruthless prioritization, pristine documentation, and well organized.
