Bachelors Degree in relevant field\\n7+ years of Product Management with a consumer products, retail, or SaaS company.\\nExperience working with engineering teams to ideate, mobilize, and deliver tools and technology that align with business and customer experience goals.\\nExpertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design.
Experience with subscriptions, services, customer personalization, and recommendations.\\nExperience in payments processing and digital wallets in retail POS applications.\\nExperience planning, managing, and leading sophisticated technology projects in a high-paced, constantly evolving work environment, leading the team through issue resolution throughout the entire development lifecycle.\\nExperience using Agile development methodologies and familiarity using JIRA/Confluence to document business requirements, prioritizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria.\\nExpertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design.\\nExperience delivering global enterprise-level employee and consumer-facing mobile and web applications, familiarity with user experience and interactive design success methodologies.\\nDemonstrate an ability to work with partners to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions.\\nExperience planning and leading software release cycles.
