We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Oracle Health's Contract Intelligence SaaS product portfolio. This role will drive the development of AI-powered capabilities that help healthcare providers understand, model, manage, and optimize the financial impact of payer contracts across the revenue lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare payer-provider contracting, contract management, reimbursement methodologies, managed care operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare financial performance. They should also possess a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and how generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, and advanced analytics can transform traditionally manual contract management workflows into scalable, intelligent, and predictive solutions.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strategic product leadership, strong healthcare domain expertise, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization without direct people management responsibility.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle solutions.
- Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept through market adoption.
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer-provider contracting, managed care operations, contract lifecycle management, reimbursement methodologies, or provider financial operations.
- Experience working directly with healthcare providers, health systems, payer organizations, managed care teams, consulting firms, or healthcare technology vendors supporting contract management and reimbursement workflows.
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled, analytics-driven, or data-intensive enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and their impact on provider revenue performance.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with healthcare contract management, contract modeling, contract analytics, managed care contracting, or reimbursement optimization solutions.
- Experience working for a healthcare provider organization, integrated delivery network (IDN), health system, payer, managed care organization, revenue cycle vendor, or healthcare consulting firm.
- Experience with provider reimbursement methodologies including DRGs, APCs, fee schedules, value-based care arrangements, capitation, bundled payments, and risk-based contracts.
- Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications leveraging generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, large language models (LLMs), or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with healthcare financial systems, revenue cycle management platforms, claims adjudication, payment integrity, contract analytics, or reimbursement optimization tools.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, enterprise-scale SaaS architectures, and data platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data exchange frameworks including FHIR, HL7, APIs, and EDI/X12.
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements including HIPAA.

- Define and execute product strategy, vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Oracle Health's Contract Intelligence platform.
- Lead the transformation of traditional contract management workflows into AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics that shape product direction.
- Partner closely with customers, healthcare executives, managed care leaders, revenue cycle teams, and payer organizations to understand evolving contract management challenges.
- Translate complex reimbursement and contracting requirements into scalable SaaS product capabilities and differentiated market offerings.
- Develop business cases, strategic plans, and executive-level recommendations to drive investment decisions and product growth.
AI Product Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered Contract Intelligence solutions, from concept through commercialization and continuous optimization.
- Define AI-driven capabilities including contract ingestion, contract digitization, reimbursement modeling, contract interpretation, variance analysis, payment integrity, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design intelligent experiences that simplify complex contract and reimbursement workflows.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and advanced analytics to unlock insights from structured and unstructured contract data.
- Establish frameworks for responsible AI, model governance, transparency, explainability, and customer trust.
- Define and measure success through customer adoption, workflow efficiency, reimbursement improvement, financial impact, and business outcomes.
Healthcare Contracting & Reimbursement Expertise
- Serve as the product domain expert for healthcare payer-provider contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and contract lifecycle management.
- Drive solutions that help providers analyze and operationalize complex reimbursement arrangements including, but not limited to fee-for-service contracts, value-based care arrangements, and capitation agreements.
- Develop capabilities that enable organizations to identify underpayments, model reimbursement scenarios, forecast financial performance, and optimize contract negotiations.
- Partner with customers and subject matter experts to understand evolving reimbursement models and market dynamics.
- Ensure product capabilities align with provider financial objectives while supporting payer-provider collaboration and transparency.
SaaS Product Leadership & Platform Growth
- Drive the evolution of the Contract Intelligence platform as a scalable, cloud-native SaaS offering.
- Define platform strategy, extensibility, integration capabilities, and long-term product architecture requirements.
- Prioritize features and investments based on customer value, market differentiation, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives and identify opportunities for adjacent product expansion.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, compliance, legal, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
- Align stakeholders across multiple organizations around product strategy, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, sales enablement, customer presentations, executive briefings, analyst engagement, and industry events.
- Represent Oracle Health as a thought leader in healthcare contract intelligence, reimbursement innovation, and AI-driven healthcare operations.
Product Performance & Governance
- Define and monitor KPIs that measure customer value, product adoption, financial outcomes, AI effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to reimbursement accuracy, AI model performance, customer adoption, compliance, and product delivery.
- Stay current on healthcare reimbursement trends, payer-provider contracting strategies, healthcare regulations, AI technologies, and competitive offerings.
