We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead Oracle Health's Pharmacy portfolio and drive the next generation of Pharmacy Reimagine initiatives. This leader will define and execute the product strategy for a portfolio of pharmacy solutions while helping shape AI-enabled applications within the Oracle Health AI Application Suite.
The ideal candidate combines deep pharmacy domain expertise with exceptional product leadership experience and a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges. They will work closely with customers, clinicians, engineers, designers, data scientists, and executive leaders to deliver innovative solutions that transform how pharmacy teams operate across inpatient, ambulatory, military, veteran, and emerging care settings.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for balancing strategic innovation, customer needs, business growth, and operational excellence across a broad product portfolio.

ResponsibilitiesDefine the Pharmacy Portfolio Vision and Strategy
- Establish and communicate a compelling long-term vision for Oracle Health's Pharmacy portfolio.
- Lead the Pharmacy portfolio strategy and roadmap, including identifying opportunities to modernize medication workflows through using automation, use of AI, intelligent decision support.
- Drive portfolio investment decisions aligned with current and new products, customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and Oracle Health's strategic objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to define multi-year product direction and growth strategies.

Lead AI-Enabled Product Innovation
- Champion the development of AI-enabled Pharmacy Reimagine application within the Oracle Health AI Application Suite.
- Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to help improve medication safety, clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and platform teams to bring innovative concepts from ideation through commercialization.
- Ensure AI solutions deliver meaningful and measurable value for healthcare organizations and end users.

Drive Customer-Centered Product Development
- Serve as the voice of the customer across the Pharmacy portfolio.
- Partner directly with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, healthcare executives, and strategic customers to understand emerging needs and translate them into product strategy.
- Lead customer advisory discussions, executive briefings, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure customer feedback and market insights continuously inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.

- Partner with engineering, UX, clinical informatics, data science, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.

- Apply deep understanding of medication management workflows across ordering, verification, dispensing, administration, inventory management, and medication intelligence.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management, healthcare informatics, pharmacy technology, or related healthcare technology experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing product teams and strategic product portfolios.
- Deep expertise in pharmacy operations, medication management workflows, and healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated success defining and delivering enterprise-scale healthcare software products.
- Experience working with Pharmacy Management Systems, EHRs, or healthcare systems such as Oracle Health/Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of medication ordering, verification, dispensing, administration, and medication safety practices.
- Experience partnering with engineering organizations to deliver cloud-based healthcare solutions.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD, RPh, RN, MD, or other clinical credential strongly preferred.
- Experience leading pharmacy technology, pharmacy management systems, or medication management applications and products strongly preferred.
- Experience developing AI-enabled healthcare applications or leveraging AI technologies to improve clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, regulatory requirements, and certifications including NCPDP, FHIR, and HL7.
- Experience supporting large healthcare systems, government healthcare organizations, military health systems, or veteran healthcare environments.
- MBA, MHA, MS Informatics, or other advanced degree.
- U.S. citizenship preferred due to current and future customer engagement requirements.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
