DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Analytics Product Management Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of analytics products for the healthcare and life sciences domain. This role will focus on building data-driven solutions that help healthcare organizations improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, patient experience, population health, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with healthcare domain knowledge, including clinical workflows, healthcare data, regulatory requirements, interoperability standards, and analytics use cases across providers, payers, public health, or life sciences.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of product management experience, including experience with analytics, BI, data products, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
- 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare, payer, provider, public health, healthcare analytics, or life sciences domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, healthcare data, clinical or operational analytics, and decision-support use cases.
- Experience developing product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, business cases, and launch plans.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance considerations such as HIPAA, PHI handling, security, auditability, and role-based access.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, UX, clinical, compliance, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare and data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or advanced degree in a healthcare, business, analytics, or technology discipline.
- Experience with EHR/EMR platforms, claims analytics, payer-provider data exchange, clinical quality reporting, or value-based care programs.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, or related frameworks.
- Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, healthcare data warehouses, cloud analytics platforms, APIs, or machine learning concepts.
- Experience with quality measures, HEDIS, CMS reporting, risk adjustment, care management, utilization management, or revenue cycle analytics.
- Prior people management, product leadership, or matrixed team leadership experience.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare analytics products and capabilities.
- Translate healthcare business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
- Partner with clinicians, operations leaders, payers, data teams, engineering, UX, compliance, and customer-facing teams to identify high-value analytics opportunities.
- Drive development of dashboards, reporting tools, self-service analytics, embedded insights, predictive analytics, and AI/ML-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Support analytics use cases such as clinical quality, population health, value-based care, patient access, revenue cycle, utilization, care gaps, operational performance, and risk stratification.
- Ensure products align with healthcare data privacy, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Work with healthcare data sources and standards such as EHR/EMR, claims, HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, and other clinical or administrative datasets.
- Prioritize roadmap items based on customer value, regulatory needs, clinical impact, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, launch readiness, customer enablement, and adoption.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, market trends, and healthcare policy changes to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define KPIs and measure product success, including adoption, workflow efficiency, care quality, customer satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
- Mentor product managers, analysts, or cross-functional contributors as needed.
