The Director of Product Management is a strategic role responsible for the vision, strategy, and successful delivery of our comprehensive OR and ASC portfolio. This individual will own the entire product lifecycle, driving sustained customer impact and market leadership. They will mentor and empower a high-performing team to execute end-to-end product decisions, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic vision across all cross-functional partners.Β
Key Responsibilities:Β
- Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the OR and ASC portfolio, translating market dynamics, technological trends, and customer insights into a compelling strategic vision.Β
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric decision-making. Empower the team to own product decisions and outcomes from ideation through commercialization.Β
- Own the development and commercialization of new OR and ASC solutions, including market definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and overall business performance.Β
- Serve as the product domain expert for OR and ASC medication management, leveraging deep market, workflow, and competitive insights to identify, validate, and prioritize high-value product opportunities through continuous customer engagementΒ
- Act as the partner bridging Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch readiness, and consistent communication throughout the organization.Β
- Drive rigorous, data-informed prioritization across the product roadmap to maximize customer value and accelerate business growth, effectively balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature deliveryΒ

Required Qualifications:Β
- 10+ years in product management with a focus on developing and managing technology solutions (hardware and software)Β
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Product ManagersΒ
- Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing B2B hardware/software solutionsΒ
- Strategic thinking ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and company strategy into compelling product strategy and roadmapsΒ
- Experience in leading product planning cycles, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic betsΒ
- Business acumen, including comfort with pricing strategies, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional leadershipΒ
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and executive audiencesΒ
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferredΒ

- Experience with developing hardware and software products in Healthcare IT (HealthTech) or Medical Device space.Β
