National Grid is building a new team, Digital Acceleration (DA), to provide best-in-class digital delivery. DA will comprise two hubs, one in the US (Boston) and one in the UK (Birmingham) and will build digital products that create strategic value in a fast and agile manner. In addition to creating digital products, the DA hubs are talent incubators that will disseminate digital capabilities and culture within National Grid.

The Director of Product Management is responsible for the overall product strategy and roadmap for their respective product portfolio, and its connection to desired business outcomes, including management of the digital product teams. This role is the driver of the multidisciplinary team through lean, agile-based incubation and commercialization process β e.g., Build, Learn, Adapt. The PM Director will manage and evolve our line of digital products to achieve product vision and benefits (financial, efficiency, regulatory, customer experience), including alignment with US and Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) strategic objectives.
