As a Director-Level Product Owner for in silico CMC, you will join a dynamic team committed to driving strategic digital priorities in Global R&D. This leadership role involves developing digital product strategies, ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies, and measuring business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CMC leaders to co-develop comprehensive digital product strategies and roadmaps across multiple product lines.

  • Lead cross-functional teams on a broad range of product initiatives, coordinating with other director-level product owners, scrum masters, software developers, data engineers, CMC scientists and data scientists.

  • Advise on CMC-wide transformation initiatives, identifying synergies between products and platforms to maximize organizational impact.

  • Provide strategic guidance on digital portfolio management, ensuring cohesive alignment of diverse products that deliver on R&D's long-term objectives.

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for breakthrough innovations across the product suite.

  • Champion Agile methodologies that enable scaling and integration of multiple product workstreams.

  • Develop frameworks for evaluating and incorporating cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and advanced analytics into the product ecosystem.

  • Serve as a thought leader, anticipating industry trends and translating them into visionary product opportunities.

  • Analyze and communicate the collective business impact of the integrated digital product portfolio, including ROI of innovation investments.

About You

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience working in Digital Product delivery and leadership as a product owner, product line owner or product manager

  • Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus

  • Knowledge of software development in a GxP environment is a strong plus

Key skills:

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions with a strong financial acumen

  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong experience in leading strategic Digital partnerships and coordinating innovation initiatives at scale

  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create Digital Strategies and Implementation roadmaps. Distinctive focus on solution objectives and application of product methodologies (design thinking, iteration, fast fail, etc.).

  • Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering multiple transformative digital products – particularly in the AI space

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

  • Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or STEM Field. Masters preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$148,125.00 - $213,958.33
