Digital Product Manager
As a Digital Product Manager at Good Sam, you will take full ownership of the product vision and strategy, driving its success through a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business goals. You will lead every aspect of the product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality product that delivers measurable value. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, data-driven, and passionate about owning and driving a product forward. Youβll have the freedom and responsibility to lead with autonomy, acting as a strategic leader who steers the direction of the product with a relentless focus on quality, impact, and customer satisfaction.
This role centers on managing campground listings and partnerships while also overseeing a diverse portfolio of campground-related and publishing products. This role will further support our publishing initiatives, ensuring that these products meet business goals and deliver value to our customers. Your ability to manage and deliver across these product lines will be key to driving success and innovation across the company.
This position is hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices or downtown Chicago, IL offices. Remote candidates will be considered with up to 25% travel.
What You'll Do:

5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or digital solutions.
Data driven, strategic decision making.
Inspirational leadership, challenging teams to be creative and innovative about problem solving.
Strong product leadership skills that have others seeking your guidance.
An advocate for the consumer who is both strategic and invested in the details.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working closely with development teams.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and product analytics platforms.
Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and driving projects with minimal guidance.
Proven ability to own and drive all aspects of the product lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and iteration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and improvements.
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Pay Range:
