Description

The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager to work across our Dedicated Region Cloud @CustomerΒ (DRCC) and Β Oracle Alloy offerings and engage with customers to take them to the next level. Your primary objective will be spreadhead the commercial and technical requirementsΒ to ensure product alignment with the Go-To-Market strategy of these services and support within the Dedicated Cloud portfolio. This will include managing key stakeholder relationships and interacting with the Service teams to verify the goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for the Dedicated Cloud requirements for our OCI service teams and documenting key items or activities. This will require good communication and organizational skills to ensure we have the right prioritization.

A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong experience with developing commercial models, launching products, and prioritizing requirements. Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.

  • Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations
  • Write product strategy as an input to product design
  • Identify, define and prioritize commercial models, products and features
  • Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and collaborators
  • Define, measure, and manage customer experience and business performance goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects
  • Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle
  • Create content to help enable customer success
  • Manage internal stakeholders through suitable gates to ensure a successful outcome.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud or enterprise software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to define and shape the business strategy for multiple large product areas
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related subject area

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
