Β RESPONSIBILITIES:Β 

  • Provide insights and analytics support for marketing and sales area within the acute and non-acute categories which may include product information, market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, sales, pricing, or other data needed to make informed decisions in support of growing business and meeting financial forecasts
  • Reports to model future performance based on historical data, i.e. market pricing, share analysis, etc.
  • Evaluate new products by analyzing industry data and provide recommendations
  • Conduct deep dives within product areas to find root causes, identify opportunities and define solutions
  • Maintains pipeline reporting & reports out results monthlyΒ 
  • supports programs for the sales team, including special recognition programs.
  • Works closely with Sales team to provide analytics, reporting, and answer inquiries on a regular basis.Β 
  • Manages vendor relationship(s) on product specific advertisements & trade show execution
  • Manages workload and deadline requirements; prioritizes and allocates resources.
  • Manages monthly sales projection, annual budgeting and long-range planning
  • Ad-hoc analysis to answer key questions from leadership, sales, marketing
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to support business planning process
  • Communicates findings, trend analyses and recommendations verbally and in writing to management and other stakeholders.Β 
  • Ensure data quality of all outgoing reports and analyses.
Requirements

Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for their Institutional marketing team. The candidate should have a background in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with knowledge of the generic market. They should possess excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain.

The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple products and deadlines, and adept at developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product growth and market share.


QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Β 

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, specifically ExcelΒ 
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, environment, with a focus on delivering high quality analytics, insights, and reports
  • Innate intellectual curiosity, demonstrated desire to take initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Ability to work independently.Β 
  • Project management, quantitative analysis skills required
  • Effectively work in a regulated industry
  • Eligible to work in the United StatesΒ 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Β 

  • Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical experience with focus on analytic experienceΒ 
  • Prior generic pharmaceutical experience ideal
